It's time to go back to tea school on Thursday, September 19th, from 5-7pm. Join us as we explore the world of Camellia sinensis, the leaf that has found its way into our cups for centuries, and how terroir and production shapes its flavor. In this class, you'll have the opportunity to taste tea from each of the six major categories, learning how to store, brew, and appreciate each along the way.
